Job Summary
OSR Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a strong and enthusiastic Athletic Trainer to join our fun friendly family-oriented clinic. Our staff is not only great at what we do every day but we also love our profession and enjoy working with our community. Join our team!
- Provide on-site injury prevention services for employees in industrial manufacturing or construction settings
- Deliver first aid and triage for workplace injuries in accordance with OSHA guidelines
- Develop and implement stretching warm-up and conditioning programs tailored to job demands
- Educate employees on body mechanics safe lifting techniques and injury prevention strategies
- Assist with return-to-work and transitional duty programs in collaboration with medical providers and HR
- Collaborate with safety teams to support overall workplace health initiatives
- Assist with post-offer employment testing (POETs) or functional capacity screening
- Coordinate care with physical therapists physicians and case managers
Qualifications :
- NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
- Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Minnesota or license eligible
- Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships build morale increase productivity and be part of a world-class clinical team
- Outgoing and energetic personality
Additional Information :
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $24.00-$30.00. Pay is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Additionally this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Companys incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
