AM Server Tavernonna (Breakfast Service)

This role is ideal for a morning-oriented server who brings calm energy consistency and genuine warmth to start each guests day on the right note.

Summary:

As an AM Server at Tavernonna you set the tone for the guest experience. Youll provide attentive efficient breakfast service while maintaining a welcoming and unhurried atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills organization and the ability to manage both early-morning pace and guest expectations with grace.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly attentive breakfast service in a relaxed morning environment
• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression to start their day
• Guide guests through breakfast menu offerings including ingredients and preparation methods
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items safely and efficiently
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs including refills and special requests
• Process checks and payments accurately in accordance with company policies
• Maintain cleanliness of tables glassware silverware and service areas throughout service
• Prepare your station prior to opening maintain it during service and break it down at shift end
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Report tips accurately in compliance with IRS and company guidelines
• Maintain a professional calm and positive attitude with guests and coworkers
• Assist with side work and additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior breakfast or daytime serving experience preferred
• Strong guest service skills with a warm approachable demeanor
• Ability to work early mornings weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a steady-paced breakfast environment
• Professional appearance and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food and beverage certifications
