Job Summary
Job Purpose and Impact
- The Senior Application Developer job builds maintains integrates and implements software applications within the organization. They work with Business Stakeholders on requirement gathering and translating needs into user focused solutions. With minimal supervision this job performs Software Application testing quality assurance configuration installation and support to ensure smooth stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
Key Accountabilities
Project & Product Initiatives: Leads and documents requirementsgathering sessions with business stakeholders translating needs into effective userfocused solutions that enhance overall experience and business outcomes.
End-to-End Testing: Coordinates and executes comprehensive E2E testing for products and integrationsboth prior to and postdeploymentto ensure quality stability and uninterrupted business operations.
Product Enhancement: Continuously identifies opportunities to optimize the product and refine the processes supported by the teams core platform driving ongoing improvement and longterm value.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 9 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in translating complex business needs into scalable digital solutions
- Proven track record working across the product lifecyclefrom requirement gathering stakeholder management and process mapping to product strategy roadmap planning and agile execution.
- Skilled in bridging the gap between business technology and end-users with hands-on experience in web and mobile platforms
