ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a Transaction Support professional to support endtoend deal execution and process ownership. This role is executionheavy and requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders with clear ownership across live transactions postclosing onboarding transaction documents management and compliance reporting.
Primary Role
1. Deal Execution & Live Transaction Support
- Provide handson transaction support across acquisitions dispositions and other transactionrelated activities
- Own and manage deal timelines trackers and critical milestones from pre-signing through closing
- Act as a key coordination point across Legal Tax Treasury Portfolio Accounting and Company Secretarial.
- Review and understand transaction structures (SPVs holding structures financing layers) and their operational and accounting implications
2. Funds Flow Banking & Closing Readiness
- Prepare review and validate funds flow statements and deal slips for acquisitions and dispositions
- Coordinate entity set ups and bank account openings with Company Secretarial and Treasury stakeholders.
3. PostClosing Onboarding & Handover
- Assist with postclosing onboarding of new deals and entities into finance and operational systems
- Coordinate accounting and finance handover documentation with Portfolio Accounting teams
4. Deal Tracking Reporting & Governance
- Maintain and enhance live deal trackers entity trackers and onboarding trackers
- Prepare deal status updates dashboards and adhoc reporting for senior stakeholders
- Support transaction governance requirements compliance audit requests and documentation standards
5. Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the design documentation and enhancement of Transaction Support SOPs
- Identify process gaps risks and inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
- Support standardisation and automation initiatives (templates trackers controls)
6. Others
- Support adhoc analyses projects and transactionrelated requests
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle in private equity and/or real estate environments
- Experience supporting complex multientity deal structures across jurisdictions
- High level of comfort with funds flows bank coordination and closing mechanics
- Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies
- Highly organised detailoriented and able to manage multiple live transactions concurrently
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and escalate appropriately
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets and trackers
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Work Timing: Coverage for the APAC region shift time: 7 AM - 4.30 PM IST.
