The opportunity:

We are looking for a versatile professional (4 total experience) to drive digital transformation by developing end-to-end this role you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps Automate and BI) Dataverse and SharePoint to build complex business applications and high-impact data visualizations that streamline operations and inform strategic decision making.

How youll make an impact:

• Design and develop complex Canvas Power Apps with integrated Power Automate workflows using SharePoint Dataverse (Data modeling) or SQL as backends.

• Extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources to create interactive Power BI dashboards performing exploratory analysis to uncover trends patterns and anomalies.

• Propose and guide the team in establishing data storage and retrieval strategies within our Enterprise Data Platform.

• Partner with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements define KPIs and convert business processes into technical flowcharts and actionable insights.

• Conduct hypothesis testing and predictive modeling to support business objectives applying statistical techniques to derive insights from complex datasets.

• Lead the development lifecycle independentlyfrom design reviews and progress tracking to supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing change requests with full traceability.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelors degree in BTech MCA Statistics Computer Science or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

• Proven experience in a lead role executing at least 5 major projects involving Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.

• Nice to know SQL Server including data modeling and complex querying.

• Knowledge on interfacing Power Platform with enterprise software such as SAP and Salesforce.

• While not mandatory candidates holding the following Microsoft certifications will be given preference: PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (focus on data modeling and visualization). PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer (focus on custom code integrations and automation). PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (focus on enterprise-level solution design).
