Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing feasibility (DFM/DFA) reviews for mechanical components
- Define manufacturing processes line layout tooling requirements
- Support tooling design reviews and trial builds
- Lead process validation during EVT/DVT/PVT
- Prepare PFMEA control plans and work instructions
- Analyze defects and drive corrective actions
- Improve cycle time yield and cost through continuous improvement
- Evaluate supplier capability and drive manufacturing improvements
- Track key manufacturing KPIs (OEE scrap rate cycle time)
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
- 37 years of experience in component manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of machining stamping casting injection molding
- Skilled in GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation
- Solid understanding of PFMEA DOE SPC MSA
- Hands-on experience with tooling fixtures jigs
- Cross-functional communication ability to work with suppliers and manufacturing sites
- Strong communication Fluent in Thai and English reading/writing ability
- Strong hands-on problem solving
- Data-driven decision making
