Job Summary
Recurly is looking for a high-impact Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Medellín. At a $50M revenue business our CRM is more than just a database; it is the operating system for our growth. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration and requires someone who will ensure our complex integrations are bulletproof our automated workflows are scalable and our Lead-to-Cash lifecycle is optimized for high-velocity SaaS operations.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and implement complex configurations including Flow Custom Objects Validation Rules and Advanced Formulas.
- GTM Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and improve business processes & optimize the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
- Process Automation: Move beyond simple updates. Youll audit existing workflows and build robust automated processes that reduce friction for our reps.
- Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing user support troubleshooting issues and resolving system incidents efficiently.
- Integrations Management: Manage tools connected to Salesforce (e.g. Gong).Support platform releases system updates testing and deployment of new functionality.
- System Reliability: Conduct regular Health Checks to proactively identify and resolve technical debt failing syncs or automation bottlenecks.
- The Why Expert: When a stakeholder asks for a new field or tool your first question is: How does this affect our reporting and downstream systems
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a high-growth SaaS environment ideally for a mid-market to enterprise-level company ($50M)
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Solid understanding of data relationships objects and data models.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Based in or near Medellín Colombia with the ability to work in a synchronized fashion with our North American teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with supporting sales and customer teams
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin CPQ Admin)
Experience with CPQ or complex billing integrations is highly preferred. - Advanced knowledge and administration of Salesforce CPQ as well as key Salesforce integrations (Gainsight Outreach IO LeanData Gong IO Marketo Zendesk etc)
- Experience with LLMs and automation tools (ClaudeGemini n8n)
