About the role
This is a new developed role that provides the opportunity for an experienced individual to utilise their skills to help shape the way Insurance Operations manages and delivers on change. As a Project Governance & Planning Advisor you will coordinate highlevel planning prioritisation and governance across BAU and strategic change initiatives. Working closely with Executives and stakeholders you will provide visibility of demand capacity dependencies and risks to support informed decisionmaking and consistent delivery.
What youll do
Coordinate endtoend planning prioritisation and sequencing of work ensuring alignment and balance of strategic priorities.
Govern the front door intake and triage process providing clear visibility of demand capacity dependencies and delivery readiness.
Establish and maintain governance forums cadences and reporting that support effective decisionmaking and backlog health.
Partner with Executive Managers leaders and delivery teams to enable timely efficient and transparent delivery of initiatives.
Monitor and report on performance metrics including throughput change impacts and value realisation to support continuous improvement.
What youll bring
5 years experience in service delivery operations or program coordination within a complex matrixed environment.
Demonstrated capability in governance frameworks prioritisation models or structured intake processes.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence leaders and collaborate across multiple teams.
Experience working in continuous improvement agile or workflow optimisation environments.
Background in financial services insurance or largescale operational environments is advantageous.
