Make a difference as HR Systems Specialist
In this role you ensure ourHRsystemlandscape worksin syncwith legislation company policies and business needs. You combine analytical technical and communication skills to help HR colleagues and managers work smarter every day.
You will focus on:
IdentifyingandanalyzingHR business needs and translating them into system requirements.
Creating functional designs and project plans including timelines budgets and stakeholder needs.
Ensuring projects and changes are delivered as planned either by executing them yourself or coordinating suppliers.
Handing over project results creating process descriptions manuals and user training.
Providingsecondline functional application management and performingroot causeanalysis.
Proactivelyidentifyinginternal/external developments and proposing system improvements.
Safeguarding data quality consistency compliance and security across the global HR data landscape.
Your Team & Work Environment
Youwill be part of theGlobal HR Operationsteam and report to theGlobal HR Operations Manager.You collaborate closely with HR colleagues worldwide ICT I&D Architecture & Security Legal Managers and Payroll Specialists.Externally you interact with HR service providers accountants and authorities.The role is global requires working under deadlines sometimes across time zones and involves handling sensitive personal data responsibly.
What you bring as a future colleague
Minimum of3years of relevant HR systems/HR operations experience.
Understanding ofHR processes systems and guidelines.
Experience in project or application change management (BiSLpreferred).
Strong analytical skills forroot causeanalysis and handling complex situations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly.
Strongstakeholdermanagementand empathy skills.
Proficiencyin English and a local language.
