In this role youll act as a trusted partner to both employees and management balancing operational excellence with strategic HR guidance. Youll have the autonomy to manage the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a positive compliant and high-performing workplace.

The Role

As the first point of contact for all HR-related matters you will play a central role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the workforce.

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and management on all HR topics
  • Manage payroll processes including submitting HR changes and verifying data in the global payroll system
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment and on-boarding and performance management and employee development
  • Work proactively and independently managing day-to-day HR tasks while escalating complex matters when needed
  • Supervise and coordinate tasks with the HR Assistant
  • Advise site management on labor laws regulations and complex HR challenges developing practical action plans

Whats youll bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant HR role with the ability to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations
  • Experience with payroll administration including submitting changes and performing checks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
