RBHA is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Administration Officer (CAO) to lead agency-wide administrative operations and support mission-driven growth. This executive role oversees key operational functions and plays a critical part in organizational planning compliance and service excellence.
Job Summary:Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of administrative operations across RBHA. Manage departments including Information Technology General Services Procurement and Quality & Standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements oversee resource allocation and support agency-wide initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic planning risk management and operational excellence. Serve as Agency Safety Officer HIPAA Privacy Officer and FOIA Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with DBHDS performance contracts licensing human rights and DMAS regulations.
- Oversee vendor relationships construction projects and lease negotiations.
- Monitor safety and security risks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead cross-functional teams including the Safety Committee.
- Analyze data to support budgeting capital planning and program expansion.
- Represent RBHA in external meetings and support assigned Board committees.
- Provide executive coverage for administrative matters during temporary CEO absences.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
