Remote Payment Officer

Job Summary:

Liberty Mutual is seeking motivated detail-oriented Payment Officers to manage day-to-day payment operations assist clients with financial transactions and provide excellent customer service. As a Payment Officer you will play a key role in supporting clients financial needs by handling payments opening new bank accounts and maintaining accurate transaction records. You will also ensure compliance with Liberty Mutual policies while providing a smooth and professional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist clients in opening new bank accounts and setting up payment methods
• Process payments track deposits and maintain precise financial records
• Verify client information and ensure compliance with Liberty Mutual policies
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries about accounts and payments
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction or account-related issues
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data
• Identify opportunities to improve client payment processes and overall satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. resident
• Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and reliability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in banking finance accounting or customer service is a plus
• Currently employed candidates are welcome
