We are partnering with a mission-driven behavioral health organization seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead hospital operations elevate clinical quality and drive sustainable growth across a multi-service care environment.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an operator who thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence regulatory precision and business performance.
What Youll Own:
Full operational leadership of a behavioral health hospital including clinical quality financial performance and regulatory compliance
Development and execution of strategic business plans driving census growth and EBITDA performance
Oversight of licensure accreditation (Joint Commission/CMS) and continuous survey readiness
Recruitment development and retention of high-performing clinical and leadership teams
Expansion of continuum of care services including outpatient and community-based programs
Relationship building across medical staff community stakeholders and referral networks
Leadership of payer strategy contract negotiations and revenue growth initiatives
What You Bring:
Proven experience as a CEO COO or senior operator in a behavioral health acute care or managed care setting
Deep expertise in hospital operations clinical quality and regulatory compliance (JCAHO/CMS)
Strong track record of driving census growth financial performance and operational turnaround or expansion
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and physician partnerships
High emotional intelligence with a visible hands-on leadership style
