Job Summary
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for building and preserving trusting relationships with assigned customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as a liaison between the sales and operations teams and assigned customers.
- Coordinates project management activities resources equipment and information.
- Ensure that customers needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to eliminate potential problems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Organize and Coordinate meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Duties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

- This job operates in a professional office environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
- Exposure to wet and humid conditions in the plant environment
- Exposure to high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration in the plant environment.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or Bachelors in Business or related field
- Two Years of industry experience in customer relations
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to schedule and prioritize all work assignments
- Excellent oral written and presentation skills
