Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Prepare design and maintain floral arrangements for public areas guest rooms Guest Relations Front Office Greatroom & Bathrooms Offices Host Restaurant Lift Landing restaurant outlets (Archer Bar Keystone M-Club Bistro 1& 2 banqueting venues and special events. Receive and inspect floral shipments ensuring quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean organized and safe floral workspace and storeroom. Deliver floral arrangements onsite or offsite as required and ensure timely followup with requesting departments or customers.
Follow company policies and procedures maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and safety standards. Provide exceptional service to internal and external guests respond to requests professionally and build positive working relationships across departments. Perform additional duties as requested by management.
CRITICAL TASKS
Floral Operations
- Trim water condition and prepare flowers for display using required accessories.
- Receive flowers from suppliers verifying order quantities refusing unacceptable stock and logging received items.
- Design and create floral arrangements for public areas outlets banquets events and guest rooms.
- Deliver arrangements to property locations or off-site venues as required.
- Follow up with departments/customers to ensure floral orders meet expectations.
- Coordinate set-up of floral displays for events and functions.
- Maintain a clean orderly storeroom and complete shop-cleaning checklist before closing.
- Maintain floral inventory and ensure correct storage practices.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized floral workspace and storeroom completing cleaning checklists as required.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties related to floral operations plant care and event support as required by management
- Provide recommendations on floral design enhancements seasonal flowers and plant replacements to improve overall guest experience and presentation.

- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation.

- Speak clearly professionally and courteously with guests and coworkers.
- Answer telephones using correct etiquette.
