IT Project Manager ISV

Job Summary
- Lead global IT projects across the ISV Business Unit ensuring consistent processes and on-time delivery.
- Partner with business leaders development teams program teams users and vendors to understand needs define solutions and resolve issues.
- Create and track project plans tasks resource requirements and timelines.
- Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and manage project dependencies.
- Facilitate meetings and provide clear project updates to stakeholders sponsors and executives.
- Coordinate with training teams to ensure effective user enablement during implementations.
- Collaborate with functional areas to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies standards and security requirements.
- Prioritize epics features and stories; manage program backlogs based on business value and ROI.
Support the development and reporting of KPIs and other business metrics.
You take initiative in challenging situations and readily identify opportunities for improvement. You stay attentive to dynamics within teams and adjust your approach to achieve results. You turn strategic objectives into actionable plans and allocate resources effectively. You bring energy and followthrough to ensure projects are completed with excellence.
- A degree in Business Information Systems Technology Engineering or a related field.
10 years of IT experience (hands-on involvement in implementation development testing and support) of which at least 5 should be techno-functional experience supporting diverse IT applications.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Background in Oracle EBS and non-Oracle applications (web apps integrations).
- Strong understanding of project KPIs SLAs and data analysis.
- Proficiency with MS Excel (advanced) PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; Azure DevOps expertise required.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work across varied organizational levels and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong English communication skills to support collaboration with global teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (Europe US Asia-Pacific).
- Experience working in manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with other ERP systems (ex. SAP).
- PMP certification is helpful.
