What will you do
We are looking for an intern who will partner with our Commercial Communications and Government Affairs team to drive communications effortsand support advocacy planning. The intern will collaborate with various teams and functions to produce communication materials manage internal stakeholders and contribute tohighpriorityprojectsthat advanceadvocacy planning.
You will be involved in:
Leadingthe development and production of engaging and fresh communications tactics
Developingongoing communication campaign and assets including but not limited to slides briefing documents and visual/video assets
Producingand writinghigh-quality and engaging stories for broad internal audiences
Organisingand supportingkey internal events within GSK
Usinganalytics and tools to advise and inform social media engagement/content plans and understand the performance of communications tactics executed
Managingevent calendar for internal events
Writingclear business-focused briefing notes or reports on GSKs policy landscape for a senior leader audience
Monitoringthe external environment for insights and news that is relevant for the business
Analysingemployee engagement data and data analytics to create response plans
Supportingin advocacy planning for priority products
Engagingwith stakeholders within GSK

What are we looking for

Has critical thinking iscreative and resourceful in problem solving
Looks to the external world for constant inspiration andis able tobring the outside world in to GSK
Is a team player who can work with other communicators across the GSK business and stakeholders who are embedded in the business
Is able todo deep research on policy landscape
Has a passion in helping drive GSKs ambition to deliver for patients
