RESPONSIBILITIESAND ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Vice PresidentHead of Asia Pacific Benefits & Wellness this positionwill support in overseeing strategygovernanceandoperations fortheprogram as well ascollaboratingwith the broader team across several Asia Pacific locations. The team also focuses on engagement innovation and education. We work closely with vendor partners and expert advisors to provide ahigh-qualityoffering to employees.

The ideal candidate will leverage their benefits expertise to design and deliver comprehensive benefit programs to1000employees across the this role you will use approved analytics and AIsupported tools to synthesize information surface insights and support informed position is at the Analyst level and based inSingapore.

STRATEGY

  • Own and supportprogramproposalsandreviews presentingfindings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate and support broader projectswith colleaguesacrossAsia Pacific and globallyasrequired
  • Drive employee engagement and marketing initiatives to increase both visibility and commerciality of the programs
  • Manage relationship with key program vendors (e.g. oversee program design policies implementation budgeting contracting and on-going delivery)
  • Provideadvisory and operational supportto the business including benefit systemsvendor managementcommunications (presentations/postings)and the delivery of other stakeholder managementrequirements

GOVERNANCE

  • Identifyand implement opportunities to automateor standardizeprocesses toimprove efficiencies aiming for scalability acrossAsia Pacific
  • Ensure programs are compliant with local regulationsandareupdatedin a timely mannerwhen necessary
  • Manage and navigateinternalvendor management and risk policiesto ensure compliant
  • Partner withinternal groups (e.g. Legal Tax Finance and the Vendor Management Office) toaccomplish ongoing tasks and approvals as required
  • Leverage firm approved AI-enabled tools where appropriate to support analysis drafting and process efficiency; critically review and validate outputs prior to use or distribution.

OPERATIONS

  • Supportroutinedelivery ofon-goingbenefitsadministrationincluding payrollandtax reportingandliaise withvendors and internal stakeholders
  • Support vendor management tracking performance against KPIs/SLAs and assisting with contract reviews/renewals while also aidingcyclicalprocesses such as insurancerenewals
  • Manage escalated employee issuesand coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
  • Investigatedisruption toprocesses andproposesolutions toprevent recurrence

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrating a proven track record of successful project and operational delivery in HR;Experience in benefits/insuranceconsulting/management preferred
  • Results-oriented; ability to successfully manage multiplepriorities and deadlines take initiative to improve own performance
  • Strong communicationability to build relationship with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinkingandrisk managementskills
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly including protecting confidential information applying sound judgement and retaining accountability for the final work product
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint etc) and related productivitytools(MSCoPilot etc)
  • Role isin-officebut withteammembersspread across multiple locations
