What are we looking for
SentinelOne is seeking a Renewals Manager to be responsible for managing and leading a team of APJ-based Renewal Sales Representatives. Success in this role is dependent on the ability to implement and manage an effective sales strategy provide accurate forecasts on a sizable book of renewal business and deliver strong sales results. This includes working to build strong productive relationships with customers partners field sales teams and within the Renewals team; nurturing existing customers; and identifying opportunities. What Will You Do
- Lead and expand a team of Renewal Sales Representatives covering various markets and segments within APJ
- Manage an accurate forecast set business expectations and effectively communicate results to senior sales management
- Execute and/or supervise end-to-end sales activities including deal assessment and validation quoting commercial negotiation and deal closure
- Provide coaching guidance and best practices for sales effectiveness
- Partner with Customer Success team to insure customer retention and drive strong renewal rate performance
- Measure and report against KPIs as well as create ad hoc reports as needed or requested by senior management
- Proactively manage the teams funnel and assignments to ensure timely renewals
- Conduct and execute quarterly business plans with focus on delivering targets
- Assist in recruiting hiring and training to grow and maintain a successful Renewal Sales team
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of of SentinelOnes products and offerings
- Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership coaching creative sales incentives and broadcast of results
What skills and experience should you bring
- Direct Renewal Sales management experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity specifically
- Proven track record of exceeding goals as both an individual contributor and a team leader
- Experience working in an indirect 2 tier go-to-market model which includes channel partners managed service providers and distributors
- Proven track record of building and leading a highly skilled motivated and successful results-orientated Renewals team in a B2B SaaS setting
- Customer focused with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work professionally with individuals inside and outside the company
- Excellent communication (verbal written and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
- Inspires a team while providing focus and creates a collaborative working environment
- Passion for coaching and mentoring emerging sales talent
- Ability to hit the ground sprinting in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required.
- Excellent organizational prioritization and time management skills
