The Talent Development area within EDP GBS is looking to recruit a Performance Operations Specialist.

What you will do:

  • Execute administrative and operational activities in the system related to performance processes namely performance evaluation and talent management.
  • Manage analyse and resolve internal client requests submitted within the scope of Performance processes ensuring compliance with the defined SLAs.
  • Monitor report and follow up on system incidents ensuring proper routing and timely resolution.
  • Analyse system compliance with defined processes identifying gaps risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify propose and implement optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives focusing on activity automation operational simplification and an improved client experience.
  • Ensure implemented processes are clear properly documented and that rules are understood by different users.
  • Participate in projects related to performance and talent processes ensuring follow-up across different phases and deliverables.
  • Prepare develop and present supporting materials (namely presentations and reports) within the scope of projects and initiatives related to performance processes.
  • Lead and ensure follow-up rituals with internal clients and stakeholders (follow-up meetings committees checkpoints) ensuring alignment effective communication and tracking of decisions.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams business areas and stakeholders promoting effective collaboration.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in business & management or other relevant fields for the role.
  • 26 years of professional experience in similar roles preferably within HR operations performance management or talent management processes.
  • Experience supporting operational and administrative activities in HR systems related to employee development and talent initiatives.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder requests and ensuring service levels and timely issue resolution.
  • Strong focus on process improvement automation and operational simplification.
  • Experience participating in cross-functional projects supporting deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to ensure clear documentation effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
