Euronext Corporate Solutionsis a fully integrated division of Euronext including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Revenue Growth Marketing Product Technology & Operations Client Services and Transformation. It also relies on Euronext support functions toaccompanyits growth.

You will be primarily responsible to:

• Lead a team of5 developers in software development initiatives and translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.

• Allocate 50% of the time supporting the team on technical topics such as code reviews designdocumenttechnicalarchitectureclient support investigation in hands-on mode rest 50% in teamand deliveryleadership.

• Act as a technical mentor for backend and frontend engineers providing guidance on architecture design decisionsand best practices while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Design build andmaintainefficient reusable and reliable code.

• Ensure the best possible performancequalityand responsiveness of the applications.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business requirements and meet delivery timelines.

• Prioritize andfacilitatethe early resolution of client issues ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Conduct code reviews contribute to critical feature designs and ensure the overall quality of the teams deliverables.

• Flag technical debt and areas ofimprovement making sure they are properly documented and taken into account when defining priorities.

• Implement robust documentationfor knowledge base onboarding knowledge transfer and communication in software development activities.

• Follow Agile Scrum development process for application development.

Your profile:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering ora relatedfield.

• Minimum10 years of hands-on experience in Java development with deepexpertisein modern Java versions and Springecosystem.

• 2 years of experience as a Team Lead with responsibility for guiding a development team and driving delivery in a distributed team environmentinthedesign anddevelopment of scalable high-performance systems usingmicroservices and established design patterns.

• Strongexpertiseacross AWS services including Cognito Lambda S3 SQSand RDSwith experience designingresilient architecture.Familiarity with CloudFront and WAF is.

• Extensive experience withdata modelling anddatabase schema management including Liquibase for migrations andjOOQfor type-safe SQL and performance-critical queries

• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Front-end experience with React Angularand including JavaScript andTypeScriptis a Plus.Demonstrated experience enabling effective collaboration with Frontend engineersfor informed technical decision-making.

• Strong understanding of SSOAuthN andAuthZ and API security including OAuth2/OIDC token-based security role-based access control and data privacy best practices.

• Experience mentoring engineers across seniority levels to promote technical growth andmaintainhigh engineering standards

• Proficiencyin Agile/Scrum methodologies and a commitment to driving Agile practices within the team.

• Comfortable with DevOps practices involving configuration management CI/CD pipelinesGitflowIaC deploymentpatternsamong others.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

• Proficiencyin English isa must.
