Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Pipeline & DevOps Engineer to support ongoing pipeline automation and deployment activities within an enterprise environment. This role will be part of the Agile Deploy & Operations team continuing the transition to GitHub Actions and supporting multiple in-flight initiatives. The focus of this role is on on-prem pipeline automation application packaging and deployment working closely with internal teams to streamline and modernize deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and internal on-prem build tools (e.g. Buildfarm).
- Develop and enhance pipeline automation for packaging and deploying enterprise applications including Rockwell applications.
- Support deployment and upgrade activities across on-prem environments.
- Work closely with internal pipeline teams to ensure alignment with existing tools standards and processes.
- Implement and manage automation using Ansible and related tooling with exposure to AWS environments as applicable.
- Integrate and support identity and access management solutions (e.g. CyberArk) within deployment pipelines.
- Support and guide on-prem deployment modernization efforts particularly / .NET Core environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline deployment and environment-related issues.
- Collaborate with development operations and security teams to ensure stable and efficient releases.
- Provide support during off-shift / scheduled deployment windows as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 years of relevant experience in DevOps Build/Release Engineering or Pipeline Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Ansible for automation and exposure to AWS environments.
- Solid experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines in on-prem environments.
- Experience working with SQL Server including stored procedures.
- Familiarity with identity and access management tools (e.g. CyberArk or similar).
- Experience / .NET Core application deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in pipeline and deployment environments.
- Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced enterprise setting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with enterprise build tools (e.g. Buildfarm or similar).
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial applications (e.g. Rockwell).
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve development and DevOps productivity.

- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
