Overview
The Transformation Analyst is part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and supports a variety of projects focused on improving client and employee workflows. This includes activities related to business and personal client onboarding loan processes and issue resolution. The position plays a role in executing project-related activities that aim to improve service experiences and operational efficiency. Work is performed under supervision and follows established procedures. Analyzes current processes for selected journeys: gather documentation document workflows policies and procedures.
What Youll Do:
- Review current processes for selected journeys by gathering documentation and recording workflows policies and procedures.
- Support identification of areas for performance or process improvement in collaboration with business teams.
- Organize and summarize data to assist in developing client and employee journey enhancements.
- Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement or automation efforts.
- Compile industry benchmarks and trend information to support evaluation of process outcomes and service levels.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare summaries to support ongoing process assessments.
- Participate in internal and external stakeholder interviews to gather input and feedback.
- Coordinate with team members across lines of business and staff areas to support alignment with project plans and timelines.
- Prepare presentations reports and analytics that provide visibility into project status and progress.
- Maintain project documentation such as meeting notes task trackers and workflow updates.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics for project-related sessions.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a business operations project support or Process Analysis role.
- Experience in a financial services or banking environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting and banking finance concepts.
- Ability to work with large data sets using structured methods and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including report formatting and documentation.
- Ability to support project-related tasks across departments using established project tracking tools.
- Capacity to recognize patterns in operational data and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under supervision.
- Comfortable working under deadlines while maintaining professionalism and client service standards.
- Basic mathematical skills sufficient to complete assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
- Willingness to follow structured procedures and adapt to new tools and systems.
- Familiarity with workflow documentation and data organization practices.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Information Technology Business.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
