Job Summary
Product Analyst
Location: Minnetonka MN (Onsite)
Hire Type: Full Time/ Contract
Technical Skills:
Gathers requirements through interviews and documentation. Translates business needs into functional specs without AI-assisted mapping.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit and document requirements via stakeholder interviews workshops and artifact review.
Translate business needs into user stories functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
Create process flows wireframes and backlog refinement materials.
Support prioritization by clarifying scope dependencies and value/effort tradeoffs.
Maintain JIRA/Confluence hygiene: epics stories definitions and traceability.
Partner with engineering and QA to ensure delivered features match intent and are measurable.
Required Qualifications
4 years as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst in software delivery environments.
Strong writing skills: clear requirements specs and structured communication.
Experience with Agile tooling (JIRA) and documentation platforms (Confluence).
Ability to create wireframes/process flows and communicate with technical teams.
Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and managing ambiguity.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with AI/ML product requirements (evaluation metrics human-in-the-loop workflows).
Familiarity with healthcare/Medicare business processes.
Experience with analytics to define KPIs and instrument product telemetry
