Job Summary
seeking a compassionate and creative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a state-of-the-art behavioral this role you will work closely with children with autism and their families delivering high-quality behavioral therapy and training to support meaningful lasting progress. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the need for behavioral interventions
Develop implement and monitor individualized behavior analysis and treatment programs
Supervise and support staff in the effective implementation of behavior intervention plans
Design behavioral systems and provide performance management and training to team members
Lead parent meetings and provide caregiver training to ensure consistency between home and clinic environments
Establish measurable treatment goals and complete detailed documentation to meet clinical and insurance requirements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in each clients care
Stay current with the latest research trends and best practices in applied beha
