Mondelēz has a bold ambition to be the leader in online snacking. This position will be the critical business lead responsible for accelerating Mondelēzs ambition across ourWalmart business bydelivering activation across our brands and driving our digital commerce flywheel.The position partners deeply with the Walmart Customer Business Team (CBT).

This role will work closely with theWalmart team(both MDLZ and customer)to driveintegrated marketingactivations across modalities for all of our brands andgrowth strategies acrosstheelements ofour MDLZ Digital CommerceFlywheel: optimizing online assortment maximizing online availability and in-stock rates working closely withinternal MDLZ teams tooptimize content build searchstrategies and manage retail media execution.


Ultimately theSrWalmart Omnichannel Activation Manageris responsible fordeliveringMondelēzs long-term growth activating our brands at our key customers to driveconversionand integrating all Walmart digital commerce operationsinto our everyday business management.

Preferred geographic locationis Bentonville Arkansas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Omnichannel business plansin partnership with our Customer Business Teams andHQ category planning teams. This includes ensuring our eCommerce best practices around assortment contentsearchand activationare incorporated into customer plans.Lead digital stewardship - assess key flywheel opportunitiesdevelop and drive projects to address opportunities recordlearningsand best practices to be shared across the MDLZ organization.Partner across Walmart and the MDLZ organization to remove barriers for growth.

  • Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brandsat Walmart in partnership with the Walmart CBT and headquarters brand teams.Develop and build strategies forbest-in-classconversion to propel our Walmart business in achieving our aggressive growth goals.Responsible for brief development brainstormsprogramsell-inand execution.Manageagenciespartnershipsand cross functionalstakeholdersas necessary to ensure program success.

  • Partner with our retailers to improve theirdigital commerce and activationcapabilitiesand roadmap. This includes capability assessments and transparent conversations with the retailers around how they compare in the marketplace and how we can work together to achieve best in class.

  • ShopperEcommerce Trade orBrand marketing experience preferred

  • Digital commerceand retail mediaexperience

  • 7-10years of CPG experience

  • Experience withWalmartScintillaa plus

  • Comfortable managing with ambiguity and working in a role where the scope will change over time based on business needs

  • Knows how to get things done both through formal channels and informal network

  • Understands Mondelez culture and cultures of external retail organizations / customers

  • Establishes partnerships with key internal support functions and stakeholders

  • Instills trust and credibility with customers to influence strategies and tactics

  • Understands origin and reasoning behind best practices; shares best practices across team

  • Competent presenting to internal and external leaders can be trusted during challenging questioning

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $140300 to $192940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
