This position plays a central role in managing both internal and external communications involving the CEO and other executive officers ensuring the quality consistency and clarity of management messages.
Responsibilities include onsite support at events drafting speeches and social media posts and reviewing Englishlanguage communications materials.
Given the close proximity to senior leadership the role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry exceptional communication skills in both Japanese and English and the confidence to provide clear constructive input to executivelevel stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and support the execution of communications for the CEO and other executive officers
Provide onsite support and coordination at domestic and international events
Draft speeches executive messages and social media posts
Review and ensure the quality of Englishlanguage press releases and other communications materials
Provide advice and feedback to executives during event preparation and materials development
As part of a CEOdirect reporting team design communications that accurately reflect executive intent and management priorities

Required Experience and Skills
Knowledge of or strong interest in the automotive industry
Nativelevel or nearnative proficiency in Japanese and English
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and provide clear structured advice
Ability to deliver consistently highquality outputs under rigorous standards
Professionalism and composure in highpressure environments

Compensation (Reference)
Monthly Salary: Onetwelfth (1/12) of the annual base salary
Annual Compensation: JPY 10.6 million or higher plus incentive
*Final compensation will be determined comprehensively based on experience and expertise
*Incentives are determined separately based on company performance and other factors
