The role
As an Assistant Manager youre a key part of the leadershipteam. Youll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like youboth own it driving results setting standards and building a team thatsproud of what they do.
This is a hands-on high-energy role where no two days arethe same. Youll be right in the action leading shifts supporting your crewand making sure every guest leaves happy.

- Lead from the front on shift setting the pace and the standard
- Support the Restaurant Manager with sales costs and performance
