Job Description
A Billing Executive at WebEngage is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process ensuring accurate invoice generation and driving timely collections from customers. This role involves managing accounts receivable resolving billing discrepancies maintaining financial records and collaborating with sales teams for payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Revenue: Generate verify and process customer invoices and manage accounts receivable.
- Customer Interaction: Address and resolve billing inquiries Ledger reconciliation and disputes in a professional manner.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate billing records update MIS data and manage payment adjustments.
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare audit and report on billing activities including tax compliance and reconciliation.
- Collections: Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through various communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Strong background in collections billing or accounts receivable management.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills for communicating with customers and internal teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software (SAP Netsuite Oracle) MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and potentially Tally.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented organized and capable of working independently to meet targets.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS.
