To accelerate our growth were looking for a Partner Enablement Manager ready to own and drive our partner programs end-to-end from strategy to execution making sure every partner is equipped productive and primed to deliver impact from day one.
Tasks
Youll design and operationalize onboarding training certification and ongoingenablementprograms that support partners across their lifecycle from recruitment to growth and expansion.
- Partnersenablementstrategy: conduct thoroughenablementneeds assessments for Goodweek partners. Define and own the global partnerenablementstrategy aligned to Goodweek partner program and growth priorities.
- Learning journey & content development: design iterate and manage a scalableenablementprogram for partners that includes onboarding program for new partners and ongoing product knowledge sales methodology AI skills comprehensive modular material to support all ecosystem (e.g. e-learning instructor-led training hands-on labs microlearning)
- Program execution:own the end-to-end execution ofenablementprograms including timelines and tooling deployment. Manage partnerenablementplatform and continuously improve the partner experience
- Certification program: build and oversee partner certifications badges and readiness requirements.
- Communication: ensuring partners are informed engaged and see clear value in Goodweekenablementprograms. Drive awareness of our partner programs hand in hand with marketing.
- KPIs measurement: define track and analyze key metrics to measure partners engagement business value and identify improvement opportunities.
- Executive reporting: present executive summaries and insights fromenablementefforts seek guidance on strategic decisions and advocate for program support and resources.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: serve as the central point of coordination between Revenue Sales Product and Marketing. Act as a thought leader for partner capability development inside Goodweek.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in partnerenablement salesenablement or a related role
- Proven experience building and scalingenablementprograms for partner ecosystems
- Strong understanding of B2B technology sales and partner-led growth models
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Product Marketing and Partner teams
- Ability to translate complex technical products into clear actionableenablement
- Strong program management communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English is required (daily use in an international environment) proficiency in French and/or German is a strong advantage
It would be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience in cloud AI infrastructure or enterprise technology ecosystems
- Experience supporting global partner organizations
- Familiarity with partner certification frameworks and LMS platforms
- Experience buildingenablementfunctions in high-growth or scaling companies
