Cinemo is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Front Office Team. This is a part-time onsite position and presence in the office on Mondays and Fridays is essential. We are looking for a well-organized and service-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and contributes positively to our office culture.
In this role you will:
- Welcome and host customers visitors and guests while managing front desk operations
- Handle mail deliveries shipping and office supply management
- Coordinate facility management activities and liaise with external service providers and suppliers
- Organize business travel arrangements for employees and applicants
- Support HR with onboarding activities for new employees
- Plan and coordinate internal events and office initiatives
What you will need to succeed:
- Education in hospitality business administration or a related commercial field
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive solution-oriented mindset
- High reliability attention to detail and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in both German and English
