As aLandlord Relationship Manager (f/m/d)at Wunderflats you will own the relationship with part of the portfolio of the Wunderflats Plus landlords. Drive customer satisfaction boost loyalty and elevate Wunderflats market leadership by maximizing landlord success in our end to end management rentals program a pivotal role crucial to our continued growth and success.

YOUR MISSION

• Build and maintainstrong trusting relationships with landlords from onboarding through the entire lifecycle of their listings.
• Monitor occupancy across your portfolio taking actions to achieve95% occupancy incl. identifying challenges and proposing solutions to improve performance.
• Take responsibility for thebooking and contract signature process acting as decision-maker and consulting landlords when needed.
• Coordinateoperational and administrative tasks including ordering maintenance obtaining landlord approvals calculating deposits and approving invoices.
• Roll-out our services and solutionsto landlords customizing them when needed to meet their needs.
• Guide and support Tenant Operations Managersby answering questions providing clarity and sharing best practices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collect first-hand feedbackfrom landlords analyze it and translate it into actionable insights for Wunderflats and internal teams.
• Beaccountable for the overall performanceof a part of the Wunderflats portfolio working with internal stakeholders and landlords to achieve a great rental experience.

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent communicator inEnglish and German both verbally and in writing.
• Bring a minimum of2 years of experiencein customer relations including any relevant apprenticeships as well as a track record in end-to-end partner management.
• Demonstratestrong interpersonal skillswith a focus on building and maintaining relationships with our landlords.
• Possess aproactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Demonstrate strongattention to detailespecially combined with the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortable guiding operational teams providing clarity and ensuring high service standards.
• Knowledge of the real estate marketand trends is advantageous.
• Data-drivenand able to use metrics to track portfolio performance and prioritize initiatives.
