Business Operations Manager
Were looking for a results-driven strategic operator to be the Business Operations leader for the Core Shopping Organizationa 3300-person org at the heart of
Amazons shopping experience. Reporting directly to the VP youll operate as a strategic partner and force multiplier driving operational excellence enabling
effective decision-making and fostering a high-performing inclusive culture. This role is pivotal in aligning cross-functional initiatives managing business
rhythms and ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities across WW Stores and Amazon. Youll work closely with senior leaders across the organization as
well as key partners in PR finance recruiting and HR. If you thrive on making large organizations smarter faster and more agile this is your stage.
Key job responsibilities
Youll own the operating cadence for Core Shoppingleading and managing business rhythms including leadership meetings all-hands and planning cycles. Youll support annual operating plan (OP1/OP2) development and execution working with senior leaders to set strategy and priorities. Youll drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key priorities. The role requires serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner to leadership enabling clarity focus and speed. Youll manage communications and change management across the organization and support organizational health efforts including culture inclusion and team effectiveness. Youll coordinate with finance HR and other support functions to ensure operational efficiencyincluding headcount management and communication to hiring managers. Youll build dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate complex data into actionable insights for the VP and leadership team. Youll anticipate business needs and identify risks before they become problems. Youll lead special projects and initiatives that span multiple teams and prepare materials for CEO S-team and board-level reviews ensuring Core Shoppings story is told with precision and impact.

- Bachelors degree in BI finance engineering statistics computer science mathematics finance or equivalent quantitative field
- 8 years of program or project management experience
- 8 years of managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience delivering projects within scope time budget and quality

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
