The Team
VCCT ( Value Chain And Corporate Tools ) EMEA
The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead and optimize our Wholesale and Retail Order to Cash (OTC) processes and SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) landscape. This role will own the end-to-end OTC domain across channels while acting as the business and technical authority for SAP CAR in the fashion retail environment.
You will partner with business leaders across Sales Merchandising Finance Supply Chain and Store Operations to ensure our SAP FMS and SAP CAR platforms enable scalable efficient and data-driven retail and wholesale operations. Ensuring the quality and functionality of the technical & business flows for the integrations with other platforms / applications as well as third party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Own the OTC and CAR domain strategy across wholesale and retail channels.
Translate business priorities into system roadmaps aligned with company growth and omnichannel strategy.
Serve as the regional process owner for the domain ensuring standardized best-practice processes.
SAP OTC & CAR Ownership
Lead design governance and continuous improvement of:
Wholesale order management pricing allocation shipping invoicing and returns.
Retail and omnichannel sales processing promotions and real-time transaction handling.
Act as the functional lead for SAP CAR including:
POS Data Transfer and Audit (POSDTA)
Demand Data Foundation (DDF)
Sales Audit
OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability) and inventory visibility
OPP (Omnichannel Price and Promotion)
Ensure tight integration between SAP FMS SAP CAR and downstream systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA SAP BW eCommerce POS).
Delivery & Program Management
Lead major initiatives such as:
S4 Transformation
New country or channel rollouts
Omnichannel enablement
System upgrades and migrations
Manage internal teams and external partners (system integrators SAP) to deliver projects on time within scope and budget.
Ensure high-quality solution design testing cutover and hypercare.
Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with Wholesale Retail Operations Finance Supply Chain and Digital teams to:
Optimize revenue recognition billing accuracy and returns processing.
Enable real-time sales inventory and demand visibility.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex business or system issues within the OTC and CAR landscape.
Governance & Operations
Own application governance release management and change control for OTC and CAR.
Ensure system stability performance and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Define and monitor KPIs related to order processing billing accuracy sales audit and data quality.
Note: Responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Ideal candidate
10 years of experience in SAP within retail and/or wholesale fashion environments.
Proven leadership in Order to Cash processes across B2B (wholesale) and B2C (retail/eCommerce).
Strong hands-on or design-level experience with SAP CAR (Sales Audit OAA DDF POS integration).
Experience with SAP FMS (or similar fashion/retail ERP) and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
Demonstrated success leading global or multi-country SAP programs.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Proven people leadership: engineers consultants functional leads and vendors.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Results-driven with the ability to operate in a fast-changing fashion retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP certifications in SD CAR or S/4HANA Retail.
Experience with omnichannel or real-time inventory initiatives (e.g. OPP OAA ship-from-store click & collect).
Background in large-scale transformation or ERP modernization programs.
