Ultimo builds enterprise asset management (EAM) software for organisations where operational performance depends on the reliability of physical assets.

In the Benelux region the business has strong brand recognition and an established customer base. The next phase of growth is focused on expanding into new enterprise accounts particularly across Utilities Energy and Logistics. We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive  New Business to lead that expansion.

This is a true enterprise hunting role  focused on opening strategic accounts building pipeline and leading complex sales cycles.

Your mandate (New Business / Enterprise Focus)

As a Senior  Account Executive you will:

  • Own new business acquisition across enterprise accounts in Benelux
  • Focus on Utilities Energy and Logistics sectors
  • Build pipeline through strategic outbound and account planning
  • Identify and qualify complex opportunities within large organisations
  • Lead full enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to close
  • Engage C-level operational and technical stakeholders
  • Drive value-led consultative sales conversations
  • Collaborate with BDRs Pre-Sales and Customer teams

This role requires someone comfortable creating opportunities in complex environments not waiting for inbound demand.

This role will suit someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven success in enterprise new business SaaS or software sales
  • Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong pipeline creation and outbound capability
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong consultative value-led selling skills
  • Structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Commercial resilience ownership and drive

Experience in Utilities Energy Logistics or asset-intensive industries is a strong advantage.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
