The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise that includes probe and final test development of Digital and mixed signal circuits.

Responsibilities include:

• Mentor the team of engineers to deliver Test development goals with efficiency both in execution & cost.

• Manage the resource planning skill development address the technical challenges.

• Work with cross domain to define strategize and drive the ATE deliverables.

• Manage FCS Characterization Qual Production program deliverables.

• Manage both Probe and Package test deliverables.

• Drive the team to achieve entitlement Test cost Yield & Quality.

• Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time

• Manage production test issues working with manufacturing team to address yield.

• Test strategy definition and implementation for new MCU(Micorcontroller) products

• Work with TE to support critical debugs and enhance teams ATE experience.

• Work with Product engineering team on the Qual program Qual hardware deliverables.

• Comprehensive device debugging design validation and failure analysis

• Drive for robust and cost-effective test solutions while being accountable for product quality

• Work with FAB to identify process issues & drive for improved yield.

• Self driven attitude with commitment towards delivering aligned Goals.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Advanced level of understanding and use of Advantest and Teradyne/Eagle ATE.

Preferred qualifications:

• ATE experience on Teradyne J750HD or equivalent ATE (iFlex LTX VLCT) although J750HD experience is preferred and is a differentiator.

• Characterization test program and hardware development experience Production test program and hardware development experience.

• Strong technical knowledge of Analog Digital circuits and test techniques.

• Data analysis skills using an data analysis software

• Experienced with various lab equipment such as scopes power supplies source meters loads etc.

• Knowledge on product engineering activities such as HTOL HAST ESD etc

• Strong understanding of the IC Test development process from concept to volume production.

• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work across teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
