Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Extend Developer to design build and deploy custom applications within the Workday ecosystem. The role involves developing UI components orchestrating workflows and building API-driven integrations to support HR and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy applications using Workday Extend
Build UI components using the Workday Extend UI Framework
Develop business logic using Workday Orchestrate
Implement validation rules calculated fields and Business Process Frameworks (BPF)
Develop and integrate APIs for system and process automation
Collaborate with HR and business teams to enhance Workday HCM functionality
Ensure security performance and scalability of solutions

Required Skills

Strong experience with Workday Extend development
Hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrate and workflow automation
Expertise in API integrations and system processes
Experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud integrations
Understanding of business process frameworks and validation logic

Preferred Skills

Experience designing scalable enterprise workflows
Knowledge of HR business processes and automation
Exposure to enterprise security & compliance standards
