We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer to support implementation configuration and ongoing operations of AEP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO/AJO-D) API integrations and customer data architecture.
This role requires strong technical proficiency combined with marketing technology knowledge and data governance experience.
Lead implementation and operational support of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Configure Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) including schema design profile unification and activation.
Manage XDM schemas datasets and streaming/batch ingestion workflows.
Create and manage audiences using API-based integrations.
Configure and activate customer profiles across marketing channels.
Support identity resolution and customer data stitching.
Design and configure journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO / AJO-D).
Develop personalized offers and campaign workflows.
Optimize journey performance and audience targeting.
Work with Adobe I/O REST APIs JSON payloads and external data systems.
Build and maintain API-based integrations between AEP and enterprise platforms.
Support data pipelines and automation workflows.
Ensure proper data governance quality and compliance standards.
Implement identity resolution strategies.
Monitor customer data pipelines and maintain data integrity.
Partner with marketing IT analytics and business teams.
Provide technical documentation and best practice recommendations.
Support production issue resolution and system enhancements.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Marketing Technology or related field.
5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Strong expertise in:
Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) configuration
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO / AJO-D)
API-based audience creation and management
Adobe I/O REST APIs JSON
XDM schema design
Solid understanding of:
Data governance
Identity resolution
Customer data pipelines
Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as:
Workfront
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Adobe Certified Expert - AEP RT-CDP / AJO-D
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Cross-functional collaboration
Ability to work in onsite enterprise environment
