Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of front-end developers UX designer ensuring the successful delivery

of high-quality UI solutions.

Define and drive the overall UI strategy aligning design objectives with business goals

Oversee the end-to-end UI design process from requirement gathering to wireframing

prototyping and final implementation.

Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.

Work closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate business

requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Ensure best practices for accessibility responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility

Stay updated on the latest UI trends tools and technologies to drive innovation in the team.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and

creative work environment.

Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and

backend components.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

10 years of experience in UI development and front-end development with at least 5 years in

a management or leadership role.

Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and modern front-end JS frameworks with a focus

on Tailwind analytics WCAG(ADA)

5 years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

5 years of experience using Agile methodology.

3 years of experience implementing products at customer sites.

In-depth knowledge of responsive design principles cross-browser compatibility and

accessibility standards.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and front-end development.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agile environment.

Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to lead teams mentor junior members and drive UI innovation.
