Job Summary

Manage and operate battery rental services including contracts rental fees debt collection e-SIM activation and handling related complaints.
Reconcile costs and payment records including invoices for battery repair and transportation.
Manage documentation for engine re-registration and coordinate battery allocation.
Control progress and execution of battery transfer orders for repair loan or exchange purposes.
Monitor and recover battery assets lent or consigned to service centers.
Prepare periodic reports on battery rental operations and asset utilization.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or related field.
Minimum 23 years of experience in service operations asset management or after-sales support (preferably in automotive or EV industry).
Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and contract management.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics vehicle troubleshooting or repair at authorized dealerships or automotive companies. Experience working with automotive diagnostic equipment scan tools and software update platforms. Prior experience with FOTA processes is highly preferred. Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems automotive electronics and software architecture. Proficient in English (reading writing and communication). Experience in automotive OEMs is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
