What Youll Do
- Oversee the daily maintenance and appearance of commercial office buildings
- Coordinate and work closely with outside contractors and vendors
- Ensure building systems and common areas are operating efficiently
- Identify issues proactively and follow through to resolution
- Help maintain a safe clean and professional environment for tenants
