Job Type: Contract / Temporary
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (40 hours/week; must be open to weekends)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to support grounds upkeep and ensure outdoor areas are well-maintained and presentable. This role is essential in maintaining daily operations and addressing current staffing shortages.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds maintenance including weed eating and trimming
- Maintain outdoor areas to ensure cleanliness and visual appeal
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with additional maintenance tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Prior experience with weed-eating and trimming equipment required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
- Strong reliability and work ethic
