Job Summary
Travel PTA - Home Health (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced PTA - Home Health for a 13-week travel assignment in Littleton NH.
Assignment:
- Days 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 8; Monday - Friday; around 8/9 am start. 40hrs/week
- Start Date: 3/23/2026
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Location: Littleton NH
- Traveler Policy: Must be 50 miles from the facility. The permanent address must be included in the submission file is required
- Dress Code: business casual no open-toe shoes
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures work area meets appropriate standards of safety equipment supply and cleanliness levels.
- Manually enters data ensuring proper preparation for dictation and billing.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-2 years of current Physical Therapist Assistant experience in Home Health is required
- age group experience: Peds to Geri
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience is required
- Active American Heart Association BLS is required
- An active Physical Therapy Assistant practice license from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professionals is required
- Strong communication professionalism and reliability
Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
