The Premium Operations Associate is responsible for interpreting analyzing and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. This position will be part of the Premium Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Review submissions and record premium details accurately
- Perform validations and review to confirm accuracy of data recorded
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately as per specifications
- Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
- Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes as needed
- Perform special project as assigned
Qualifications :
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in the English language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Detail- and quality-minded with a keen eye for identifying process opportunities and driving continuous operational improvements
- Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word with a willingness to learn new technical tools
- Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
Additional Information :
- B.S. Degree in Finance Accounting or similar
- Beginner to intermediate level working knowledge of insurance finance or administrative operations
- Experience with automation and process-optimization tools to streamline workflows
