- Expertise in .NET architecture microservices cloudnative patterns DevOps collaboration and distributed system design

- Active contributor in scrum teams
- Capability to lead multiple development teams and coordinate sprint activities
- Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical issues
- Ability to define and articulate a clear target architecture vision
- Skilled in challenging technical choices and design decisions
- Ability to clarify technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience organising technical workshops and collaborative sessions
