Job Summary
ABOUT THE ROLE:

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliations; investigate breaks.
- Book entries in the accounting system (enfusion)
- Monitor book and reconcile bank debt activity.
- Fund expense reporting and payments
- Report to the front office and management (e.g. risk reporting margin financing)
Monthly Responsibilities:
- NAV review. GL PL and position reconciliations
- Liaise with the fund administrator throughout the month-end process. Reconcile the NAV pack and investor statements
Ad-Hoc:
- Regular client reporting
- Financial statement tie-outs: be responsible for reconciling source data against financial statements
Qualifications :
ABOUT YOU
- At least 3 years and above of fund accounting experience (private equity hedge fund or similar types of products)
- Financial statement experience and review are a must.
- Hedge fund knowledge and exposure are advantages.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions such as pivot index/match vlookup etc. Knowledgeable in macro is preferred but not required.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
