Job Summary
- Authorize and inspect all incoming goods to verify quantity quality price and specifications meet hotel standards
- Prepare daily receiving reports and immediately report any variances or discrepancies
- Input Food and Beverage and General store purchases into the hotel inventory system
- Maintain security of goods in the receiving area and ensure prompt safe transfer to storage
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
Qualifications :
College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Previous experience in Finance Department
Passion for leadership and teamwork
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
Excellent guest service skills
Additional Information :
