In the Journey You Will: 

• Lead the team of specialised employment lawyers who are redefining Glovos operating model in Spain and oversee our HR operations in Yellow Park.

• Impact business operations and product with effective and out of the box advice.

• Manage and coordinate litigation investigations and disputes working with external counsel when needed.

• Anticipate risks and recommend solutions to our management including Public Affairs and settlement strategies.

• Oversee strategic engagement with Works Councils and Unions to foster constructive social dialogue.

• Builds strong relationships with executive and functional heads at Glovo while working closely with and reporting to our parent entity.

Qualifications :

What you will bring to the ride: 

• You are a Spanish qualified employment lawyer with strong litigation experience and 10 PQE ideally combining experience in a reputable law firm and advising tech companies.

• You have led high performing teams and are able to build strong relationships with your team executives and functional leads through credibility and mutual respect.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish; you have mastered executive communication and are able to simplify complex legal concepts for non-lawyers.

• You have a hands-on approach to work and are always ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done. 

• Your advice is pragmatic and impactful and you are able to balance legal risk with business opportunity.
