In collaboration with the Marketing Alliances Specialist the coordinator is responsible for implementing advertising campaigns developed with Transats strategic partners: airports tourism boards hotel chains tourism brands and other complementary businesses. The incumbent ensures the smooth execution of advertising plans working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the needs and guidelines of strategic partners.
- Write creative briefs for the internal studio.
- Coordinate all stages of executing advertising plans with internal teams (product marketing web studio).
- Book and manage internal and external media placements.
- Oversee the complete followup of creative materials: production revisions approval and delivery.
- Compile advertising campaign results and share reports with partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing and automating processes.
- Participate in strategic monitoring activities and media trend analysis to support advertising plans.
Qualifications :
- University degree in marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing coordination advertising or campaign management.
- Good knowledge of the media environment (traditional digital social media and commercial).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of MONDAY management tools (an asset).
- Strong organizational time management and prioritysetting skills.
- Interpersonal skills creativity autonomy and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the tourism and travel industry (an asset).
- Oral and written fluency in French and English*
A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues clients and other stakeholders in Quebec and internationally.
