Job Summary
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-driven environment. You bring a strong sense of urgency take pride in delivering accurate high-quality work and understand that strong relationships are at the core of great recruitment.
In this 12-month temporary role you will play a key part in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle. Partnering closely with a team of recruiters and business leaders you will help deliver a best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in Human Resources while gaining exposure to high-volume operations-focused recruitment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-volume hiring requests across multiple business units ensuring accuracy speed and alignment with operational needs
- Partner with recruiters to support candidate screening shortlisting and interview coordination
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication and ongoing support throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday and support job postings and sourcing activities
- Provide status updates and escalate risks impacting hiring timelines to recruiters
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in recruitment coordination or administration in a high-volume environment
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment
- Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering timely accurate results
- Experience with collective agreements pre-job requirements or industrial environments is an asset
- Post-secondary education in HR Business or related field is an asset
